Some ground rules.

These are set and enforced by the mastodon.melin.org moderators.

  1. No hate speech or harassment of any users anywhere. You will be banned.
  2. No illegal activities.
  3. You're a nazi and/or hate gay people? Go away.
  4. Be nice, kind and understanding of each other.
  5. No incitement of violence or promotion of violent ideologies
  6. Do not share intentionally false or misleading information (including antivaxx/covid theories).
  7. No racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, or casteism
  8. No content illegal in Sweden
  9. No advertising of any kind.
    No, Nope, njet. No advertising of any kind of service of product. You will be banned for life from this server if you break this rule.
  10. No LLM training/scraping on any user content hosted on this server.
    We explicitly prohibit the scraping of user data for unauthorized purposes, e.g. archival or large language model (LLM) training. We want to make it clear that training LLMs on the data of Mastodon users on our instances, is not permitted.
  11. You own your stuff.
    You maintain rights over the works you upload to our service (i.e. your posts, images, audio, video etc. - your content), but grant us a license necessary for the functioning of the service, e.g. displaying your works to your followers.
  12. Age limit: 16 years old.
    We're setting a new minimum age requirement of 16 years of age. This means you either must be at least 16 years old or turn 16 years of age the year you apply for an account here.
